Conditions of Use
Smoking Policy: ALL accommodation and facilities are strictly non-smoking. If we find evidence of smoking, guests will be charged $500 plus extra cleaning costs. This will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
Groups & Party Policy: Grandview Accommodation will not allow parties or gatherings of people under ANY circumstances.
Pets Policy: Unfortunately, Grandview Accommodation does not accept pets on the premises under ANY circumstances.
Booking Terms & Cancellations
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival day will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations notified 30 days or less will forfeit all monies paid unless we are able to re-book your entire stay to another group at full tariff. All cancellations are to be in writing.
We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to provide protection against loss due to cancellation, illness, injury, death, loss of luggage, inability to travel due to a CFS catastrophic fire rating warning.
